Although Ra might seem a bit deranged, he is the current ruler of the gods, and is soon going to battle the lord of chaos: Apophis. Hopefully he will be restored to his former glory before then.

I'm not familiar with these books but you make them sound very interesting. I may have to check them out.
ReplyDeleteI read The Lightning Thief series and loved it. I am just finishing up The Lost Hero and hope to read the rest of the series. The Serpent's Shadow sounds interesting. Rick Riordan is a great author!
